Pasta with egg

    Products (for 2 servings):

    • Pasta – 150 g
    • Eggs – 3 pcs
    • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
    • Fresh greens – 1 sprig
    • Vegetable oil for greasing the mold – 1 tablespoon
    • Salt – to taste
    • Ground black pepper-on the tip of a knife.

    To prepare pasta with eggs, prepare the necessary ingredients.

    First, we will cook the pasta in a saucepan, and then we will need a heat-resistant baking dish.

    In a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil. Add a little salt. In boiling water, we send the macaroni. Bring to a boil again, stirring occasionally. After boiling, reduce the heat. Cook until ready according to the instructions on the package. Then we throw the pasta in a colander to drain all the water.

    While the pasta is cooking, we will prepare the egg filling. We break the eggs into a convenient dish.

    Add spices: in our case, we use salt and ground black pepper.

    Fresh greens are washed, dried. Finely chop. You can use dill, green onions or parsley. Add the greens to the eggs.

    Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

    Turn on the oven for preheating to 200 degrees.

    Then, with a mixer or whisk, beat the eggs with spices, herbs and mayonnaise. You should get a homogeneous egg mass.

    The walls and bottom of the baking dish are greased with vegetable oil. Transfer the pasta to the mold.

    Fill the pasta with the prepared egg mass.

    We put the form in the preheated oven.

    Pasta and egg bake for 10-15 minutes. The egg mass should be completely baked and covered with a crust.

    Baked pasta with egg filling is ready.
